All orders placed with Sports Car Accessories (phone, fax, mail, online & e-mail) constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions and terms listed on Sports Car Accessories Terms & Conditions, and all conditions listed below. All parts shall remain the property of Sports Car Accessories until paid for in full. All prices, materials, design, and specifications are subject to change without notice. It is the customer's responsibility to retain any and all invoices for their record and warranty claims. If the buyer does not enter on his/her order a phone number or email address which we can contact him at, we will backorder the item until it arrives or cancel the order of that item if it is no longer available. Only individuals over 18 years of age may order from us, the name on a payment method must be the holder of that card or checking account billing address must be exactly the same as the card used. All other use constitutes fraud. Orders that have missing, incorrect information, or discontinued parts will be held 48 hours, if buyer is unreachable order will be deleted. Returns for exchanges or refunds on products purchased from the website will be done only within 30 days from the date of original receipt on internet purchases. All authorized returned merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging. No returns or exchanges on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, mounted, scratched, or defaced will be allowed, No returns or exchanges on electrical items, custom, special order items, seats, hubs or items that have been fitted to a car and/or installed/worn . Item(s) must be in new resalable condition, in original package with all parts. A 20% restocking charge will apply to all opened merchandise that is in new condition. Note to Consumer: used and/or opened hubs, seats, and wheels are non-returnable, non- refundable, all sales final, these are considered special order- custom items, only exchanges for the same part will be made under the manufacturers warranty . A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made or will be accepted.. We will not accept any returns without this number. Please write the number clearly on the outside of your returning package and tag the item(s) inside with your name and R.A. Number. The return must be postmarked within 10 calendar days after the R.A. Number has been issued. The Return Authorization Number does not imply a replacement , exchange or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim. Returns must be sent freight prepaid and insured by you the buyer. Merchandise returned in non-sellable, incomplete, not new condition will be returned to the buyer. Buyer agrees to pay return shipping and handling charges if product is not in new sellable condition .If buyer cannot be reached item will be held 30 days and then forfeited. A refund, or exchange will not be considered until all relevant items, hardware, and accessories have been returned to Sports Car Accessories. Original shipping and handling , import and/or customs charges are not refundable. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted. .All custom entry fees and duty associated with any return or exchanges will be charged to the customer. A photo copy of your invoice showing the invoice number must accompany your return along with a contact telephone number where we may contact you. It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of size and application of the parts before installation. NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES, unless approved by Sports Car Accessories in accordance with our product policy. All approved refunds will be paid either by Company Check, Credit Card Credit, or Account Credit, to be determined by Sports Car Accessories. All special orders (personalized/specially fitted/not normally stocked) items may need to be paid in full at the time of ordering. All special orders and custom orders will be processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible; however, Sports Car Accessories will not be held responsible for delays above and beyond its control. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order items. The customer will pay for all freight charges associated with the shipment and a 20% restocking fee on all products that are over 30 days and are returned by arrangement with Sports Car Accessories .A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all opened merchandise that is returned, or exchanged, including special orders, if return or exchange is allowed at the sole discretion of Sports Car Accessories on a case by case basis only. Expect some modifications on aftermarket products, and/or vehicle to install, buyer accepts all liability and cost for installation and maintenance. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure they received the correct product and it is used and installed correctly, and maintained. All accounts and or payments that are over 30 days past due will be charged interest of 21%APR until payment in full is received. Buyer will be responsible for all costs of collection including all legal costs of an attorney if we must pursue legal means to collect on the debt owed.
Seller is not responsible for unavailability of product(s) or delays in product(s) shipment beyond seller's control. If the buyer does not specify on his/her order a phone number or email address which we can contact them at, we will backorder the item until it arrives or cancel the order of that item if no longer available. Our shipping hours are regular federal and state offices working days excluding Saturday, Sunday, holidays, and closed days. Orders can be placed 8am-5pm Mon-Fri.Sat 8a-12p PST, we are closed on Sunday . If items are order before 2pm PST item will be processed as soon as possible, usually leaving the next day, if item is in stock, if order is placed after 2pm PST allow 48 hours for order to be processed. UPS Ground shipments allow a minimum of 8 days transit time. Obvious damage to packages must be noted by the customer on the bill of lading at the time of receipt, or reported to delivery service and a claim must be recorded with them. Hidden damages must be reported to the carrier immediately. In both cases, damages are to be settled between the customer and the carrier. We will assist the customer if and when necessary. Sport Car Accessories does not pay shipping, handling, customs fees, taxes or insurance, this is at buyers cost and risk. If for any reason, an order is refused at time of delivery, refused shipments sent back to Sports Car Accessories does not constitute the right to a refund or credit. It is the customer's responsibility to make all arrangements with Sports Car Accessories for refused shipments to be reshipped, both to and from Seaside, they will be held for 30 days and then will become the property of Sports Car Accessories, no refunds, credits or exchanges will be made after 30 days, FOB is Seaside, CA. Sport Car Accessories is not responsible for lost, damaged, misdirected, or stolen items due to seller, shipping service, incorrect information, act of God, or mail. Shortage claims must be made within 2 working days of receiving date. All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. Sports Car Accessories cannot initiate any claims with the carrier. We may ship using United States Postal Service, if the area being shipped to is not deliverable by UPS, or is a : FPO, USPO, or in an area served by USPS at a lower cost of shipping. Cost of shipping, handling, customs and taxes and insurance is paid by the consumer/purchaser, and are not refundable. All included or Free shipping offers are at the sole discretion of Sports Car Accessories Inc. and can be withdrawn at any time. Terms of the shipping may be changed at any time. No included or free shipping offers are valid if destination is outside Cont, 48 States in US. is a P.O.box, or address UPS cannot deliver to, or cannot be shipped UPS Ground service for any reason, this offer is only valid for UPS Ground service.
