MOMO USA, INC. Limited warranty

MOMO USA, Inc. ("MOMO") warrants to the original consumer purchaser at retail that this MOMO product ("the product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and ordinary use of a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

  MOMO agrees to repair or replace, at MOMO's sole discretion, without charge to the original consumer purchaser, any Product which proves to be defective during the one-year limited warranty period. As a condition to MOMO's obligation under this limited warranty, the purchaser must (1) complete and mail to MOMO the warranty registration card provided herewith, and  (2) return the defective Product (freight prepaid) at the purchaser's expense, together with the original invoice or receipt of purchase, To: MOMO USA, Inc., 2100 N.W. 93rd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33172 by the MOMO authorized dealer through which the product was originally purchased and which, after examination, shows that said Product failed during normal use and service due to defects in material and/or workmanship. MOMO shall not replace or repair any defective Product for which a Warranty Registration Card is not on file, or which is not returned to MOMO at the above address, freight prepaid, accompanied by the original invoice or receipt of purchase. MOMO's warranty obligation hereunder is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective Product and EXCLUDES installation of the repaired Product.

   The limited warranty is available to the original consumer purchaser only and does not extend to any other person. You are the original consumer purchaser if you purchased the Product at retail from an authorized MOMO dealer for personal, family, or household use. Except  as otherwise required under applicable state law, this limited warranty is not available to retailers or other commercial purchasers or owners. Transfer of title to the Product by the original consumer purchaser voids this warranty.

   This limited warranty DOES NOT apply to defects or damage caused by abuse, misuse, accident, shipment, use other than normal and ordinary family or household use, use of improper cleaning chemicals, exposure to road, salt, or installation of the Product not in accordance with the installation provided by MOMO. racing will be construed as misuse and abuse of the Product.

  MOMO USA, Inc.'s limited warranty is LIMITED STRICTLY to the terms indicated herein and supersedes any and al previous warranties on the Product. TO THE EXTENT CONSISTENT WITH STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS;(1) ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ONE-YEAR PERIOD STATED HEREIN FOR MOMO'S EXPRESS WARRANTY, AND (2) THIS LIMITED WARRANTY EXCLUDES ALL INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY RELATING TO THE PRODUCT AND MOMO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or limitations or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

  Any models or samples shown or relied upon prior to purchase of the Product served only to indicate the type of goods which would be sold to the original  consumer purchaser. Such product samples or models  create no warranty that the Product shall conform to the samples or models.

Warning: The Product is carefully designed to be mounted with specific hardware and adapters. Although hardware, adapters and components sold by companies other than MOMO may be compatible with the Product, they may also be extremely dangerous and expose the user to serious injury. The Product should be mounted in accordance to the directions supplied by MOMO. The user of the Product should have inspected all of the mechanical parts used in conjunction with the Product prior to mounting the Product. The MOMO Application chart, available from a MOMO authorized dealer or from MOMO at the address set forth above, should be consulted for the correct installment of the Product.
